Who we are

Elm Creek Citizens Association (ECCA) Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1978.  We are an all-volunteer fire department and first responder service for the Elm Creek area, which comprises an approximate 84 square mile area in Taylor County.

We are a non-profit, 501C(4) donation funded, volunteer organization who take our job of protecting lives and homes seriously.
