Rent the hall
Community Center
The community center at our station is available to rent for birthdays, receptions, reunions and meetings. It is run by the volunteers of ECCA Volunteer Fire Department, and what it brings in goes straight back into the department.

What it costs
A day is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. A half day is 8 a.m. to noon, 1 to 5 p.m., or 6 to 10 p.m.

The deposit comes back within seven days of your event, as long as everything is as you found it.
House rules
- Twenty-one or older
- The person renting signs the agreement and is responsible for everyone there. Bring ID.
- Alcohol
- You may allow it, but it can't be sold, and you take responsibility for everyone drinking. The deposit is higher.
- We let you in and lock up
- Somebody from the department meets you at the start and comes back at the end.
- Leave it as you found it
- Bathrooms, floors swept and mopped, tables and chairs back, trash out the east door. Or pay the cleaning fee and we'll do it.
- Decorations
- Painter's tape, Alien tape or Command strips only — nothing nailed or pinned. No tinsel, confetti or glitter, and nothing on the floor to make it slick.
- No smoking, no candles
- Anywhere on the property.
- Parking
- Never in front of the five truck bay doors. Those have to stay clear.

A day with nothing on it is free. "Part booked" means some hours that day are still open — tell us which you'd like and we'll confirm. The calendar shows when the hall is taken, never by whom.
